The highest tier of FEDM credentialing, for Practitioners who are ready to bring the framework to their own teams, organizations, or consulting clients.
The Trainer credential is not a standalone program. It is the next step for FEDM Practitioners who have demonstrated mastery of the framework and want to deliver it to others, whether as internal L&D leaders, ethics consultants, or organizational facilitators.
The Trainer program goes beyond the Practitioner credential. It develops the facilitation skills, instructional fluency, and contextual judgment needed to teach the framework credibly to others.
