The highest tier of FEDM credentialing, for Practitioners who are ready to bring the framework to their own teams, organizations, or consulting clients.

Prerequisite Required
FEDM Practitioner credential required. This credential is for Practitioners who want to teach.

The Trainer credential is not a standalone program. It is the next step for FEDM Practitioners who have demonstrated mastery of the framework and want to deliver it to others, whether as internal L&D leaders, ethics consultants, or organizational facilitators.

How to guide others through the FEDM process, not just apply it yourself. Facilitation technique, question design, and how to handle real-time decision work in a group setting.

Assessment Literacy

Evaluating Practitioner Work

How to evaluate written practical assessments with consistency and rigor. Certified Trainers must be able to assess and provide meaningful feedback on Practitioner candidates.

Running the Full Program

How to plan, deliver, and close a FEDM certification engagement from intake through credentialing, including logistics, materials, and candidate communication.

Everything you need to deliver FEDM training with authority.

Certified Trainers are licensed to deliver the FEDM Practitioner program on behalf of their organization or consulting practice, with the full backing of the framework's creator.
